Harvey recently hosted the 38th carnival of real estate on his blog, Renthusiast.org and that was also the first international appearance of the carnival. This call was recorded just over a week ago. If you follow real estate blogs, you'll probably know Renthusiast.org for its thoughtful analysis and its no-frills appearance.
